Exercise at Your Desk!
It's easy AND good for you!
Most of us know that sitting at a desk for 8-10 (or more!) hours a day can be
hard on our bodies. Ever try to stand up after sitting for several hours, only to
find that your body is stiff and slow to get going? Well, try some of these
stretching exercises. They only take a few minutes out of your day, and can be
very beneficial! If co-workers are wondering what you're doing, pass these
stretches along to them!

Tilt your head over to the right so that your right ear nearly touches your right shoulder. Using your hand, pull your head a little lower very gently. Hold for 10 seconds. Relax, and then repeat on the other side.

Sitting up straight, squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold, and then relax.

gentle stretch in the back of your
