This cookbook contains a collection of recipes from patients, friends, family and staff
members of Bartlesville Physical Rehab and Skiatook Physical Therapy. Each one of us
has been touched by someone who has fought and survived cancer, or who has lost
loved ones to this disease. The proceeds from the sale of this cookbook will go directly
to Relay For Life, an annual fundraising event for the American Cancer Society. We
would like to thank each person who has kindly contributed their precious family
recipes in an effort to help us in this special fundraising cookbook.
Cookbooks are $12 each, hardback , spiral-bound and contain a collection of
down-home cooking, some international fare, and some creative original recipes from
wonderful local cooks! We are so fortunate to have this collection of recipes in one
book, and even better, all proceeds are going to such a wonderful cause.
To purchase your copy, you may stop by any of our clinics in Bartlesville or Skiatook. To
purchase through the mail, complete and submit the order form below, and mail your
check made out to the American Cancer Society (or ACS). Once your check is received
